Sad Sad Day

Today my daughter in law went into premature labor at 21 weeks.

Today I watched along with Kid # 1 and his Mother in law, my granddaughter be born.

She weighed 15 oz and lived a few hours.

I was lucky enough to get to hold her.

Today I watched my first born, loose his first born and I will never be the same :(

  6. I am so sorry, having lost two children and watching my brother also lose his first born I can truly understand how hard this is. I remember my mom never leaving my side it was so hard on her. She lost a grandchild and then had to watch me go through that healing process. God bless and keep you. Know that you will be reunited with this sweet one in the future. Love Kim

  10. Melissa, I am so sorry for your loss. I think any of us that have had children often take for granted that everything will be ok. We also know that there are no certainties until they are here safe and sound and healthy. I hope you son and his wife will be able to get through this and get stroner because of it. I will pray for your family.
