Here is my menu for the week:
Monday - sub sandwiches and chips ( Dance and Brownie Meeting night)
Tuesday- Omelette's and Toast
Wednesday - Stuffed Green Pepper Soup and Salad ( this will be made in the crock pot since this is also Dance night and Guitar Lessons. Hopefully this will also leave extra for the freezer for the husbands lunches)
Thursday - Quesidillas and Refried Beans. ( Refried Beans will be made that morning in crock pot)
Friday - Leaving for vacation :)
